The Baker Behind Betty Sweets

Combining our passion for baking with a uniquely artistic flair, we transform simple ingredients into treats that inspire joy and complement life’s most memorable moments.

The origin of the name, Betty Sweets, holds a deep personal meaning for me. While attending college, I couldn’t resist taking my mother’s cherished little red cookbook to campus with me. When my mother discovered this, she playfully began referring to me as, Betty.

During the holidays, she’d always ask, What is Betty bringing for dessert? The name stuck and it inspired me to develop a reputation for showing up with at least four different desserts for every family gathering (four dessert dishes for just six people), insisting that variety is never a bad thing. In reality, it was just an excuse to bake more.

Growing up, my mother always encouraged me to pursue my dreams. So it was only fitting that my bakery honored her in some small way.
